HCC Ladies Day – “Leaving Eden”
All ladies are invited this Saturday to the annual Ladies Day Conference on May 19th from 8:30am-3pm. The program, decorations, food and fellowship will be amazing. You don’t want to miss this.
Tickets can be purchased each Sunday in the foyer.
Hearts for the Hungry
Hearts for the Hungry will be serving meals on May 22nd & 28th. We will have a table set up in the foyer so you can find out more about this ministry and learn how to get involved.
SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
NFCSC registration forms are in the foyer at the Kidz counter. You can also go to the website to find out more info at www.nfcsc.org. Don’t wait too long for your week of camp to fill up. This year’s camp will be a great experience for your child, so don’t delay in getting them registered. Also there are camp scholarships available for those who may need some assistance. See one of the elders for more information or pick up a scholarship application at the Kidz Counter.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
If you are interested in helping in VBS please indicate on your Connection Card or call 794-0043. The dates are June 25-29 and the time will be 6 PM – 8:30 PM. You can register to attend or to volunteer by going to http://www.vacationbibleschool.com/Homeport%20Christian%20Church
Homeport has been asked to help supply Squeeze Jelly and Gatorade for the camp this summer. There is a wicker basket in the foyer for these items. If you can help please bring these items in prior to May 20th. Thank you in advance!
HAITI MISSIONS TRIP
We are excited about our June 7-14, 2012 Missions Trip to Gressier, Haiti. Follow what is happening there by going to Facebook page "J in Haiti". We will be gathering certain items to take with us. This list will be made known soon, but don't bring anything until we identify what we need and can take in.
